What is the OEM minimum order?
The OEM minimum order for EC-W300 is 1,000 units. Sample availability, sample cost, branding scope and production lead time are confirmed separately in the quotation.
Does this charger need a three-phase supply?
No. This configuration is rated for a single-phase 230 V AC supply and 32 A. A qualified installer should check the circuit, earthing and protective devices for the installation.
Which connector and cable are included?
The listed configuration uses a tethered 5 m cable with an IEC 62196 Type 2 vehicle plug. Other connector types or cable lengths are not confirmed options.
Can the charger be used with an app?
The technical specification lists app control, scheduled charging, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. App availability for the target country, account ownership and private-label app arrangements must be confirmed before ordering.
Does EC-W300 support OCPP or dynamic load balancing?
